The administration system handles all users, applications, versions, security levels, and individual access to each user/application.
BAS creates and emails customer bills based on individually assigned billing cycles and due dates. BAS will indicate which customers are behind, and will catch up and create follow-on invoices which can be automatically emailed. Any disputes filed against can be tracked and responded to directly from this system. Bas will also create internal invoices for your vendors which you can use can reconcile and automatically create and email outbound disputes. All disputes are tracked through resolution, and overall dispute performance reports and graphs can track amounts and percentages of disputes filed, won, and lost. Additional reports include traffic and dollar comparison for vendors, credit/deposit management, and overall financial exposure.
FARM handles all information relating to accounts, routes, rates, and codes. FARM allows imports of rates and/or codes directly from spreadsheets or text files, and will automatically add any new codes found. Standard and Override codes allow you to maintain a base set of codes with account level exceptions, or to have distinct code lists for each account. Direct rate query tools allow you instantly locate and export rates by country, code, traffic group, account, date range, quality, type, and more. FARM also generates and emails rate amendment letters and data. All changes to rates, including adds, deletes and modifications, are stored for audit purposes, and are available in customizable management reports.
TAS is the main traffic reporting module in the Concept-Tel system. TAS contains many customizable reports in different categories. Accrual reports are detailed summaries showing all traffic grouped by region, switch/trunk, and accounts. Drill down reports allow selection of a date range and direction (start from region, continent, rating area, or inbound or outbound vendor) and drill down for increasing detail. Rate utilization reports calculate the percentage of traffic spread across route choices to show optimization of routing configurations. Trend reports and graphs show traffic patterns in minute, hour, day, or month range. CDR reports provide access to raw call data and reroute capabilities. Margin/ASR Watch areas allow you to isolate and monitor trouble spots, with multiple reports and graphs updated every minute. Most reports show raw/completed calls, completion ratios, PDD, ALOC, overall margins and percentages, inbound and outbound costs. Graphs and grid reports allow on-the-fly selection of category data.
Concept-Tel 5.0 XE is a free, unlimited use implementation of our core system backed by the Express Edition of Oracle 10g. XE can be installed on a single machine or implemented in a multiuser environment, and contains many of the advanced features found in the Standard and Enterprise systems.
Concept-Tel 5.0 S is single, streamlined application targeted mainly at smaller carriers and start-up companies. Concept-Tel 5.0 S is configured to run inexpensively using the Standard version of Oracle 10g, and can also be configured to run on Oracle XE.
Concept-Tel 5.0 E is the full application suite designed to run in a high-availability setup running Oracle 10g Enterprise. Concept-Tel 5.0 E contains advanced features beyond the standard version, including automated rate imports, forecasting, route management, rate and margin guards, realtime CDR rerating and rerouting, switch integration, partitioned CDR storage, and more. Concept-Tel 5.0 E is implemented with heavy customization to fit itself into pre-existing business processes and structures, and can be used as a development environment.
