F-Line Technologies is an integrated software corporation serving the telecommunications industry, providing both turnkey and custom software solutions to a number of well established service providers. F-Line Technologies acquired Frontline Systems, which was formed in 1995 to provide full-service software design and services to start-up long distance companies. F-Line Technologies has evolved a new flagship product, Concept-Tel 6.0, a total network management and decision support platform, encompassing invoice management and analysis, rate administration, routing analysis, call reporting, and revenue/margin analysis and much more.
The original Traffic Management System, Concept-Tel 1.0, was sold to major wholesale carriers, including Technology Control Services, Long Distance International, Trescom and Primus. Concept-Tel 2.0 was purchased by KDDi America, the stateside branch of the national phone company of Japan. F-Line´s systems run all of KDDi´s major functions, including billing, fraud analysis, rating, rounding, call processing, route management, financial analysis, forecasting, and much more. Our newest release, Concept-Tel 6.0 is currently running at CTI Telefonica, Des Vieux Telecoms, Flint Telecom Group, and is in puchase negotiations with several other carriers.
